Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains how intellectual property on the Shishu Maa Care platform is owned and protected, and how to raise a concern if you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed.

1. Our Intellectual Property

The Shishu Maa Care name, logo, platform design, source code, and all original content (excluding user-submitted health data) are the property of Shishu Maa Care and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

2. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of health records, reviews, and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Platform's services, as described in our Terms of Use.

3. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Shishu Maa Care infringes your intellectual property rights, send a notice to ip@shishumaacare.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
• The specific location (URL or page) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact details and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.

We review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the material and, for repeat infringement, restricting the responsible account.

4. Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address explaining why. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
