We want any complaint — about an order, a consultation, a listed professional, or content on the Platform — resolved quickly and fairly. This page explains how to raise one and what to expect.
Submit a grievance through our Contact page, or email grievance@shishumaacare.com directly with:
If you're not satisfied with the initial response, you can request escalation by replying to the same thread. Escalated grievances are reviewed by a senior member of the team who was not part of the original response.
In accordance with applicable Indian regulations, Shishu Maa Care has designated a Grievance Officer responsible for oversight of this process. You can reach the Grievance Officer at grievance@shishumaacare.com.
This policy covers complaints about orders, appointments, listed professionals, billing, and content published on the Platform. Reports of fraudulent job offers or impersonation should instead follow our Fake Jobs and Fraud Disclaimer.
Every doctor, physiotherapist, and lab partner on Shishu Maa Care is verified before they're listed, so the care you book is always from a trusted source.
